イラリスの作用機序

クリオピリン関連周期性症候群(CAPS)では、IL-1βが過剰産生されることで慢性的な炎症反応や進行性の組織障害が引き起こされます。　イラリスはIL-1βに結合してIL-1βの受容体への結合を阻害し、その活性を中和することにより、IL-1βの持続的な過剰産生による慢性的な炎症反応や炎症による進行性の組織障害を抑制します^1,2）｡
